This EDUCATIONAL VIDEO (available on VHS) targets older adults, family caregivers, ombudsmen, and professionals working in long-term care facilities. The video provides clear and easy-to-understand information on what mediation is and how it can be used to resolve conflicts arising in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Running time is 20 minutes and includes excerpts from a mediation demonstration in a nursing home.
